A quick look at the project dashboard

This is a proposed dashboard for seeing — at a glance — every project we run, who's staffing it, and whether it's hitting its numbers. Nothing here is live yet; it's a design for your feedback.

How to read it

1. Pick a person at the top. Filter by Program Director, Program Manager, or Enablement Manager to see only their projects.

2. Colour = performance. Green is on track, amber needs watching, red is off-track. That's the only thing colour means here.

3. Switch the view. The three "lens" buttons re-arrange the same projects: blended detail, an org chart, or a rep-by-rep scorecard.

Click “✎ Add notes” (bottom-right corner) and then click anywhere on the page to leave a comment — what's confusing, what's missing, what you'd change. When you're done, open your notes list and hit Copy to send them back.

LaunchPad Portfolio — Phase 1 mockup

One unified portfolio view filtered through three lenses. Switch lenses with the chips at the top; filter the whole portfolio with the PD / PM / EM hierarchy bar above.

  • Blended ★Default — projects, team, xDRs, and customer details in one place.
  • Projects — org-chart layout grouped by Program Director.
  • xDR Performance — quota tracker with EM rollups and per-xDR pacing.

Hierarchy. Every project rolls up through PD Program Director → PM Program Manager. Each xDR also reports to an EM Enablement Manager. The hierarchy bar at top filters all three lenses by any combination.

Pacing basis. Month-to-date is current. Since project start is a Phase 2 stub — Terminal already computes this; we'll wire in once Dren's data is aligned.

A note on the colors. xDRs are the customer-facing reps on each account; the colored dots show their staffing status:
